OK, so what happened with Edmund and Jeffrey?  That last scene between them sure left things hanging and one year later, Reva and Josh acted as if Jeffrey were still dead.  Are we to believe that Jeffrey is now devoting his life to chasing Edmund around the globe, eternally protecting Reva and Colin?

Dinah and Mallet -- what was that scene about?  Were they at a church in Germany?  Dinah made a reference to the end of "The Graduate" when she said "Elaine."  Then Mallet threw her over his shoulder -- What was going on?  Of all the scenes, I thought that one was the most confusing.  Not sure what the writers were trying to get across -- Dinah and Mallet are still together?  They're married?  They're crazy?

They definately left Jeffrey with a big loose end.  But if he is still "on the chase: after a year, he doesn't deserve Reva.   They really should have just made him a hero and let him die saving them or protecting them.  There was no reason to keep him a live and have such a stupid idea of him being on the HUNT forever.  But if there wasnt one stupid storyline thrown in, it wouldn't be GL.

Dinah and Mallet confused me a bit too.     This is how I took it...they both made mistakes and had to leave town, and found each other again.   Its a year later and they are still together...and they were searching churches for the perfect place to say I do..all by themselves, because they both tend to be loners, and really have not much family in Springfield.   I thought she mouthed I do when they were up by the altar in the last church.  Didn't see a minister, but maybe they did it "their way" and said their vows to themselves.   I'm not sure why he threw her over his shoulder other than that it was a way to say she's his now?  Maybe they left that open for people to interpret that how they wanted since they had a complex relationship.

Matt was left open, I guess we see that he's moving on and happy, but they should have showed him at the park one year later UNLESS they left that open for interpretation...Vanessa wasn't there either and it was a year later, so Matessa fans can pretend she left Billy & went back with Matt, since neither of them were there.    Thats certainly not how I took it, I just figured Vanessa was in the bathroom!!!   I was never Matt/Vanessa, always thought Billy was her first love.

The only thing I would have changed, and I know it was because of actors schedules, but I would have love to have seen everyone in the park together at the end.  Phillip, Beth,Rick, Mindy, Michelle & Danny were alone.    Nola, Bridget, & Alex and Fletch could have come back for a visit.   It just would have been nice to see ALL of them together, but then again I loved Reva and Josh Driving away for the ending.

Yeah, I can't help but wonder what happened to Jeffrey?

Everyone else's storyline got wrapped up, but we have no idea whether he is alive or dead. If the idea was to reunite Josh and Reva for the ending, they should have let Jeffrey actually die when everyone supposed him dead. What was the point of him chasing after Edmund and protecting Reva if he wasn't going to come home to her?

So, what happened in the missing year? Did he actually die? Did Reva ever find out that he didn't die the first time? If Jonathan found out Jeffrey was real-dead, would he have told Reva everything, or kept the secret forever? Is Jeffrey still out there chasing Edmund after a year? That seems unlikely.

It's just odd that his storyline was left floating out in space for all eternity.

I'm wondering if there will be some books coming out, ie "Jeffrey's Story."  I think they have enough of a sentimental, loyal fan base to sell books and dvds based on the show.  The dvd's would cost next to nothing to produce -- they've got the material -- it's just a matter of editing them into volumes, perhaps by family or couple.  "The Josh and Reva Story," "The Coopers," etc.  I'd buy the boxed set!  It would be a BLAST to watch the history of the different characters and storylines.
