I haven't watched this yet, but it is the first episode of "Steamboat- written by our own Dr. Rick.  Kim Zimmer, Micheal Park, Orlagh Cassidy and others are part of the cast.  The Facebook response has been great.

I just got a chance to watch this (there are now two episodes up, and you can just bookmark this link and keep checking back: http://www.youtube.com/steamboatseries).

It is hilarious!

When Michael Park is involved, you really can't go wrong, but the whole cast is great. Plus, it's a comedy about a soap opera's "desperate, dying days" and nobody can appreciate it as much as we tormented soap fans.

The episodes are short enough that's it's no big deal to sit and watch them at your computer. I watched both episodes through twice. There's a little teaser up at that site as well that's cute.

Let me know what you think. LOTS of familiar GL faces. Meggie mentioned Michael O'Leary, Kim Zimmer, and Orlaugh Cassidy, but it also features Justin Deas, Kurt McKinney, and Beth Chamberlin. (So far!)
