Healthy muffins?

Was grocery shopping today and picked up some things for healthy muffins including whole wheat flour and oat bran.  I also have corn meal.   If you have any recipes for tried and true healthy muffins, I would love to know what they are.  Otherwise, I'll have to try a few on-line recipes.

These are my all time favourite muffins.  They are healthy, stay moist and are down-right delicious.

Banana Cranberry Oatmeal Muffins

Preheat oven to 350.  Spray muffin pans with Pam.

In a large bowl, mix together:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar (or less)
1 cup oatmeal

In another bowl, mix together:
6 mashed ripe bananas
2 beaten eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 1/2 cups cranberries ( or blueberries, raisins, whatever you like.  They can be added frozen)

Add banana mixture to dry ingredients just until mixed.

Put 1/3 cup mix in each muffin cup.  Bake 20 minutes at 350.
Makes 22-24 muffins.

These freeze very well.  Enjoy!
