Again, you Facebookers probably saw this, but I ended up BACK in Wilmington this past weekend, b/c my man was doing a charity thing. I got another pic with him -- this time he's wearing clothes, LOL -- and I spent roughly six hours sitting just a few feet from him as he attempted to mix drinks. He did bring me a lot of waters AND gave me a free Diet Coke, and they were "mixed" to perfection.
As y'all know, I've met a LOT of actors at this point, but he's not typical. He's essentially a jock who happens to be an actor, and you can tell that's he's quiet and shy and not quite sure what to do with all the adoration that comes his way. Even so, he was a perfect gentleman and constantly stepped out of his comfort zone to take pictures with anyone who asked, or sign autographs, etc. Plus, the fact that he was willingly putting himself out there for a good cause speaks to his character as well.
You get the point. I am quite taken with him, which is convenient since I am IN LOVE with the character he portrays, and it's nice to know that he's a great guy in real life.
So, I just wanted to be all giddy and post my picture here for those who didn't see it. I love you guys for humoring me!
