We dipped down to nearly freezing again last night so we've got a variety of roadkill due to how sluggish the armadillos have been. I can provide armadillo, racoon, and gator (that's not roadkill but I'm betting I could snare one easy enough...). What's your preference? ;)
I know it's been cold up there for the rest of you, too. I've got some hearty chicken and barley soup in the pot I can share for starters. Add roadkill as desired...
Oh boy! You can pass a bowl of that soup, along with the Merlot, right on up to MA! Any grill in this neck of the woods would need to have the ice thwacked off before it could be opened up.
Courtesy of my daughter, there will be plenty of old crow. The birds have been herding along the Connecticut River at night. She had 70 trying to roost in her crabapple tree. We can roast the rousted roosted crows with relish.
Then we can get out the hammer and nails and beging hanging pictures all over this place. YAY! The one in KK's gorgeous frame will be the center piece.
Have you guys seen all the emoticons in this place? There are a million of 'em. They are cute little buggers.
