Wow, talk about Chutzpah. Alan goes to a funeral and, basically, then starts telling the family it's all their fault that their loved one is dead.  I mean I once did something at a funeral, that has everyone still talking, but I did not go that far ( although it was bad, it was very soap opera like).

I think it's time for the writers to let Alan have his ultimate comeuppance and  (hope) it's Philip who is going to do it to him.

You can't tease like that and not give us the juicy details!

Let me put it this way:

1. War Medals
2. Body in casket
3. 2 year old daughter in my arms
4.92 year old grandmother in front row.
5. Shocked brothers

Not exactly a highlight of my life.

Whoa, Tony!  I think you need to send your scenario to GL!  I am intrigued...

As for Alan, I actually think he has some moral standing in this.  No matter what state his relationship with Beth was, she cheated on him with Coop.  She humiliated him in front of the whole town -- everyone knew.  Only on a soap would someone confront his cheating partner at a funeral (although now Tony has me thinking I've just been to boring funerals, LOL!).
