Amanda, how did you find us? Most of us met through Dianne's old GL News and Previews board, but how did we cross your radar screen? (I'm so glad we did!)
If memory serves, a girl I posted with on Michael Park's old message board referred me to Sunny's board right before it shut down and Soap Yard was born. I think I was only at Sunny's board for a week or less. I had never posted anywhere online outside of Michael's board, and haven't really posted much anywhere but here since, saving my ill-fated stint at Buzz.
Speaking of which, I'm going down to Florida the first weekend in May with some friends. A couple of my friends already had dinner plans for Friday night, which I did not intend to join, but as it turns out, apparently one of the people they're having dinner with has told them not to bring me, since she doesn't like m! I've never even heard of her before! The assumption is that she's a Buzz-boarder, though I didn't even recognize her screen name when they told me. Go figure! I just had to laugh that one off. It is sad to hate someone you don't even know! How do people live this way?

What in the world did you say over at that Buzz board, LOL! I can't even imagine excluding someone I had never met. That's as anti-social as you can get...
I am frequently amazed at how childish adults can behave. Especially in the Community College setting, I almost expect it from the 20-somethings, but faculty...blah, blah! LOL
HaHa! I know! That's the thing. I never said anything hateful to those people over there. Not even close to hateful. I guess I just did not fit in, and like children in a schoolyard, certain ones decided to gang up against me.
In fact, I took great care to be really nice to everybody, especially after I realized they didn't like me, because I knew they were just trying to goad me into saying something that would get me banned. In the end, they just banned me anyway for no reason at all!
Oh well. Misery loves company, so they can have it!
It was nasty over there and you are just better off. The spoilers there can be found all over the net, and if you want to talk GL, well.... we're here for that too.
