Don't you just love how they SORAS the players? Lets review some history here (to the best of my recollection, LOL)
Phillip is married to Harley, Beth is married to Jim LaMay. Cassie is a princess, and a plane carrying Phillip and Beth (why were they together on that plane again?) goes down in the snow covered mountains of a Carribean Island (gotta love that one!). Thinking they are gonna die they do the deed, then they are rescued, then Beth is pregnant. Baby James is born, paternity is revealed, and Jim LaMay dies in fire after throwing baby James out the window.
And Daisy, living with Philip and Harley, was 16 years old when James is born.
By the way, I was TICKED that they showed that preview last week and he turned out to be only in Daisy's head. Perhaps she should think of him more often!
OMG, James is SO cute!!! He would have been highly toxic to me in my younger days.
But yes, the timeline thing really gets to me! Daisy was born before Marina -- Harley had Daisy in the car when she first appeared on the show. Marina was born after Eleni came over from Greece and Frank married her, after she married Alan Michael, so alot of time passed between the birth of Daisy and Marina. And yet Daisy can't buy a beer and Marina is married with a kid.
Although, his acting seemed a little stiff at first, I really think James is a fantastic addition to the show. Who knows maybe if more , shall I say: "enthusiastically enhanced" female fans start watching the show for him and spread the word., GL may just be saved. OK LADIES SPREAD THE WORD.
Well, I guess we know the answer to the "like father, like son" question now. Our boy James was walking around sporting a very Phillip-esque towel in Thursdays episode! Altogether now, HAWT.
Now, I must say, the SORAS thing doesn't bother me so much because even thought it's totally ludicrous, I've come to accept it.
What doesn't jive with me, however, is how Daisy and James would not immediately recognize each other. For goodness' sake, they share a brother! You can't tell me that they've never seen each other over the years at family gatherings or at the very least in pictures! That just makes no sense!
But, having thrown my two cents in about that, I guess I'll say that his hotness still wins me over!
I FFed through everything on Thursday that didn't pertain to our new hottie James or Remy and Christina (who I love and hope Mel did not file the papers!) I have no seen Friday's episodes yet.
