When does Maura's leave start and how long will it last?

Do we know if she will be written off for the time being or will another actress temporarily fill in the part?

I'm happy for her but this will be a huge hole for me.

I heard read a spoiler that she will be written off temporarily and that it will be storyline dictated.....I will miss her too!
