Whoa, check out this website to see a list of America's Worst Foods. The sandwich and kid's meal are enough to put you off your lunch with all the calories, fat and sodium.
I think most of these foods fall under the "medicine" food group..... Don't you think? Seriously, the only reason to eat any of them is to recover from a really, really, bad day at the office.
I rarely go out, and when I do I don't wanna know! My blood pressure and cholesterol are just fine, so an occasional awesome blossom ain't gonna kill me! In all things, moderation.
Outback made that list more than once but everything looked familiar in comparison with menus from other places. KK is right. Keep dining out as an occasional blossom.
(Shhhhhh-----I sure could handle that dessert with no problem.)
Everything except the frozen yogurt looks absolutely revolting to me. Believe me, I can gain weight just eating too much "good" food! Serving size is everything for me.
Speaking of food police, they want to post nutritional information along with price at chain restaurants here, like they do in NY. I say if you don't know that a bacon double cheeseburger has a ton of fat and salt, you're a flaming idiot!!!
We went to a Local restaurant on Tuesday night for my daughters birthday (my BABY is now 23 years old, WOW).
Anyway she ordered desert, "Death By Chocolate". I asked for a candle on it cause it was her B-day, and they did and gave us the desert on the house as a B-day gift.
Wow, a layer the richest cake you ever tasted, covered with a thick layer of very creamy fudge, a layer of awesome brownie, covered with another layer of the frosting/fudge stuff. Hubby got a cheesecake. Three forks, cheesecake gone, the three of us couldn't finish off the chocolate.
