Isn't that the fan club weekend? I'll bet our Amanda will be there...
I really wish I could be there as well. If I had known that this year was the end of GL, I would have organized my vacation a little differently and planned to be there.
You should hook up with Amanda and make a good showing for the rest of us. And send lots and lots of pictures and details. Not that Amanda doesn't already do an amazing job!
I will be going to NYC for that. I am going up with three of my non-GL-watching friends, so we are going to do the tourist thing and I am going to attend several of the events, including the luncheon.
The bad news, however, is that the luncheon is already sold out and has been for many months now. You could, however, come to the Marriott Marquis around the time of the luncheon and stand a good chance of running into some of the actors at the bar on the 8th floor before or (more likely) after the luncheon is over. My friends are meeting me back at the Marriott for drinks afterwards, so I'll be up in the bar area, too. If you decide to come, we must meet!
There are some tickets remaining (though I'm not sure how many) for Bradley Cole's charity show at the American Red Cross Friday night at 9:30. Many of the actors will be there performing. The 7:00 show is already sold out.
There may still be tickets available to the "Stars & Strikes" bowling event on Sunday afternoon, though I will not be attending that this year.
