Who are Carly and Jack's kids?

Are they a "super-couple"?  I remember seeing "CarJack" stuff at the grocery store check out, so I figured they must be. :D  Also, who's Molly?  Has she been off the show?  And the redhead who's apparently married to Jack -- where's she been?  I didn't even know he was married!  And now he's cavorting around Pittsburgh with Carly.  Why are soap "couples" never actually together?  It's SO confusing!  smile

They only have one together, a lil girl named Sage
JJ isn't either of thiers biologically, but they adopted him
Parker is Carly's with Hal Munson

Molly is Carly's cousin, not sure from what side they are related though

Carly and Jack have 3 children, Parker, Sage and JJ.
You've seen Parker, primarily in connection with Liberty.  He's still in high school.  He is the oldest.  JJ is away at boarding school.  Sage is the youngest child.  She is on the show from time to time.

Parker Monson Snyder's biological father is Hal Munson however, he is deceased.  Carly is his biological mother.  Jack adopted him.

JJ Larrabee Snyder is adopted by both Carly and Jack.  JJ was the product of a very dysfuntional couple.  The woman was a love interest of Jack's.  Very short story = Jack rescue/adopted JJ.

Sage is a natural, biological child of both Carly and Jack.
How did this happen?  LOL!

Molly Conlan [Leslie Kay] is Carly's cousin.  She left ATWT in 2004.  She's been on another soap.  I don't know what kind of return this is.  Her home is in Los Angeles.

Up until Brad's death, Jack and redheaded Janet's marriage was solid, despite the draw of his connection with Carly.  However, Janet's maternal instincts became overwhelming during Liberty's pregnancy and also in the aftermath of Brad's death.  Jack needed to get away for his guilt trip.  My hope was that he and Carly would rekindle their connections during all this.

Bottom line:
They have 3 kids.  The kids live with Carly except JJ is away at boarding school.

Parker is on frequently.
Sometimes we see Sage.

And let's not forget that Jack was actually the one that delivered Parker when he was born on New Year's Eve.

Karen -- if you really want your head to explode, try this on for size:

On Carly's first trip to Oakdale, she was a bad girl bent on revenge. She hated her half-sister Rosanna, who got the good life while Carly struggled growing up (they didn't grow up together). Rosanna was happily engaged to Mike Kasnoff (he was the one at the race track last week) and Carly slept with him and got pregnant with his child. This all came out right about the time Rosanna and Mike were headed down the aisle, causing Rosanna to leave Mike at the altar and speed off in her car. A crashed car, a botched rescue (I know Mike saved Carly first, thinking it was Rosanna, and then the car blew up and Rosanna was presumed dead briefly, right?) and a lot of drama later, Carly and Rosanna got into a fight, Carly fell, and she lost the baby (Nora). Carly left town heartbroken....

Enter Molly, who turned out to be a teenage love of Holden Snyder's, and through some drama of their own, Molly ran away and Holden (with trusty cousin Jack by his side) ran off to a ranch in Montana to find Molly. Jack and Carly met, butted heads, and many sparks flew (all over the place, I mean to tell you).

Come to find out, Rosanna had set up a trust fund worth $50 million dollars, which Carly would receive provided that she had a child before the end of (whatever year that was), was married to the father at the time of the child's birth, and that father was anybody BUT Mike Kasnoff.

A money-hungry Carly was racing against the clock to cash in on her sister's fortune, but at the same time was dating police chief Hal Munson, and falling in love with Det. Jack Snyder. A sting operation gone wrong left Jack and Carly freezing to death in a cabin in the woods, where they of course confessed their love. In the escape, however, Jack was badly injured and the clock was running down, so Carly married Hal instead. She wasn't getting pregnant fast enough, so she went to the doctor to be artificially inseminated.

Turns out, the doctor (John Dixon) used his own, errr....specimen in the hopes of having a child, so as the clock wound down toward New Year's Eve (and Carly's deadline), John staked claim to the baby and Carly found herself in quite a pickle. My memory fails me a little here, but I think she was trying to divorce Hal and marry John for the purpose of getting the money, but that didn't actually take place.

Lucky for Carly, she went into labor just in the knick of time, having Parker just before the stroke of midnight on New Year's Eve, and Jack was there to deliver the baby.

A few more marriages and divorces later (seriously), Jack and Carly finally got married (for the first time). Of course, the day before the wedding, Jack found out the Carly had kissed Craig (yes, that Craig) and he called off the wedding. Mike Kasnoff showed up at Carly's office nursing a broken heart of his own, and Mike and Carly hit the sheets. The next morning, Jack came to Carly's office and (with Mike hiding in the hallway) told Carly that he still loved her and still wanted to get married. So, naturally, they did....

...only for Carly to learn she was pregnant and yet again, had no idea who the father was. Mike, desperate to be a father, was not about to let it go, even though Carly insisted Jack was the father. Jack found out and was furious that Carly had lied to him yet again. He filed for divorce and Carly ran away to Montana to get away from everyone. The only one who knew Carly's whereabouts was Parker (I guess he was about 5 years old then), and when he spilled the beans, half of Oakdale, including Mike, Katie (who had the hots for Mike), Craig (who still had the hots for Carly), Rosanna (taking on the role as supportive sister this time), and Jack (who had decided he wanted his wife back, no matter whose baby she was carrying) took off to Montana in hot pursuit.

Jack got the chance to profess his love, only to realize that the divorce had already gone through. He promptly proposed to Carly again, and they agreed to marry. Carly had the baby, and had a paternity test done. Carly got the results moments before walking down the aisle (as much as a barn can have an aisle) and marrying Jack again. After the wedding, Carly revealed the test results to Jack, which proved that Jack was indeed Sage's father.

(Aaaaand that left Mike broken-hearted, but he moved on and married Katie.
Craig and Rosanna walked the fine line between love and hate and also got married.)

Jack and Carly's adopted child, JJ, was the result of Jack being presumed dead (and little Parker, of course, being the only one who was certain Jack was still alive, prompting Carly to go looking for him). When Jack was found, he had amnesia and had married a woman named Julia (JJ's mother). Jack got his memory back, Julia was murdered by JJ's biological father, and Jack and Carly adopted JJ as their own and promptly sent him off to boarding school, where he is scarcely mentioned.

How's that for an answer to your question?

Ruffles, thank you!  KISS = Keep it super simple.  Keep your answers just like your second one.

Amanda, your answers can be for long time viewers.  Ruffles can post the Easy Reader edition.  biggrin I'm really starting to commiserate with the English language learners at school!

amanda, that makes my head explode, and i watched it all when it happened!

re: sage. there was a good chance jack wasn't her bio father either, until the dna results came back! for a snyder, jack's not very prolific. as opposed to his cousin holden who has about 17 kids with 12 different mothers. ok i exagerate, but it's a lot!

Oh, jeez louise, don't get going with Holden then, PLEASE!  biggrin confuse.gif

Speaking of Holden, and please don't be offended by this question, but I notice people's hair.  It's a character flaw, I guess.  But what's up with Holden's hair?  It looks "wrong" to me.  Is it a wig?  I'm just so curious about it and find it really distracting.  Has it always been in that "style"?

it's most definitely not a wig. holden (jon hensley) has always had a fabulous head of hair and not paid much attention to the current hair trends. i love him for it!
