I think it's an interesting twist. I was never really that wild about Austin Peck, but I think he's doing some of his best acting right now--particularly his poignant look of longing at the family's Thanksgiving dinner.
I usually hate these Ghost-type storylines but I am still relieved that Brad is still around. I love his tender scenes with Katie and find his jealousy over Simon to be very funny so far.
But I'm hoping tptb will change their minds and bring him back from the dead soon. :)
I enjoy the funny scenes, but serious scenes with "ghosts" are always hokey to me. Luckily, Brad's ghost has been mostly providing comedic fodder, so that's nice!
As a new and extremely infrequent viewer, I've actually not been bothered by the story and ghost stories usually annoy the heck out of me. When it goes on too long, I ff, but I generally like Brad's scenes with Henry.
it's so "ghost." but that's a good thing, imo! it's interesting when brad is interjecting into the conversation but the others (e.g., katie and simon) don't hear him.
