There were other sites posted as well. I used those instead. The fact that a virus shield rating site was blocked by my shield struck me as amusing. ........ This could have happened while I was trying to set up a new HP computer. That whole experience was an utter disaster. The tower was returned to HP for a complete refund. A Mac is arriving this week. I will be able to run my PC software. Apple has a couple of programs for it. Bootcamp is built right in to their OS and Parallels is offered as a choice for some additional features. Apple also has a great support system in place. It is amazing.
