The early bloomers are sending up their flower stalks now. Buds are begining to rise up out of the fans. This is like waiting for Christmas to happen. There's lots to do. Busy! Busy!
Your enthusiasm for your irises is contagious. I can see the smile on your face with every word. Let's hope one pops open for you as a Mother's Day gift because they are certainly your babies.
My irises started to bloom this weekend and immediately I thought of you, Ruff! I've always enjoyed them but since I've met you, they've taken on an even more special meaning! Enjoy your iris-babies!!
