I don't like to read the spoilers so I don't really know what's coming up, but is Dinah gone for good? It was so sad to see her saying her goodbyes to everyone. I know we only have about a month left of the show, but I hope that wasn't the end of her time on GL. I really like her with Shane. Oh boy, I can see that this whole ending is going to be an emotional rollercoaster!!
I was away last week so I haven't seen this -- I'm shocked! Dinah's one of my faves, but I guess I have to get used to this thing being over.
Gina T. is SUCH a talented actress, I don't see her sitting idle for long. If it were me and another role became available, I'd jump at the opportunity. I wish her all the best. I'll have to see where all my faves go and "follow" them there!
I know I'm having a hard time realizing that something that has part of my life for over 30 years is going to be gone. I'm not sure what I'll end up doing. I've followed GL for so long that it's hard to imagine not watching a soap, but then on the other hand I'm thinking I'll have a little more time each week without it. Plus, it's kind of like having your boyfriend break up with you. You didn't want it to happen, you're hurt and never want to feel that hurt again!
I agree that Gina T is a very talented actress. I hope she does have something lined up. In fact I hope they all land on their feet. It's got to be really tough for some of those people like Frank D and Michael O'Leary who've been there forever.
Yeah, I don't think I have the motivation to watch another soap. GL's been part of my life ALL my life. I can't imagine taking the time to work up enthusiasm over another daytime show. sigh....
Denise, I think I've been in denial as well. As with the old analog tv in my kitchen (why haven't I taken it down yet? as if it will spring back to life!), there's a deadline and they will turn off the Light. another sigh....
