I don't know why Cyrus is in jail, but Remy and Christina got married after Bill and Lizzie's wedding. Without telling each other, they each pretended to be drunk and had Doris marry them. The next day, they each thought they'd tricked the other into the marriage and were in the process of getting it annulled.(This even though they didn't have a licence to get married in the first place, but that's reality, not soaps)
(I'm a bit hazy here on the details) Remy told Frank that he loved Christina and wanted to be married to her, and Christina confessed the same thing to Ashlee? Daisy? someone? They all ended up at the courthouse for the annullment paperwork, and Remy swooped in(literally, over the banister) and told Christina he hadn't been drunk and wanted to be married to her.
Mel asked them both why they wanted to be married and they had an impromptu vow exchange and everyone was blissfully happy.

As for Cyrus, Frank partnered up Remy and Cryus to find the stolen San Cristobel diamonds that Remy actually found when he pulled the Edmund look alike from the river. (If he was a decoy for Edmund, why did he have the diamonds??) Cryus had also been hired by some woman to find the diamonds for her. There's a weird story about Remy flushing the diamonds to get rid of them, Remy and Cryus sorting through the waste station to find the diamonds, scamming the woman threatening Cryus and getting her arrested. In the end, Cryus kept a couple of the diamonds before the rest were turned in to police. He was using the diamonds to do good deeds, such as buy a new stove for Buzz and put a new roof on Company. He was arrested and all the Coopers are treating him like trash.
