I'm so happy happened by CBS just as 60 Minutes was starting. Morley Safer (looking REALLY OLD) was interviewing cast members, Ellen Wheeler, and a writer. Very very good interview with MANY memories. I so hope they release a "highlights" reel of GL through the ages.
I saw it by fluke tonight when I was looking for tennis. I don't think I'm going to be able to watch it this week and I haven't watched it for ages, anyway. Still, it's so sad to have it end.
It was also on CBS Sunday Morning. I always tape the show while I'm at church. When I played it back this morning, there was the same thing about GL as on 60 Minutes.
And, by the way, I don't think it's too late to contribute to the breast cancer fund on Trent's behalf, even though the run was yesterday.
